Postharvest Technology group

Hub of Talents: Postharvest Technology (Postharvest technology group) is to be a database hub for groups of experts who have interests in various fields, relating to the development of the research in post-harvest technology, advanced technology to initiate utilization, creation of value-added, and reduction of postharvest losses through the employment of technology and innovation, such as non-destructive technology, packaging technology, coating technology, radio frequency technology, oxidation technology, material technology, and others, as follow expertism. Collecting information on currently available post-harvest technology and the development trends in technology, which would lead to post-harvest utilization that will likely occur in the future. Accumulating and organizing knowledge and important information, for supporting and driving for solutions to critical issues, both directly and indirectly. Experts in various fields to collaborate in sharing opinions, recommendations, limitations, and to help each other to analyze and prioritize problems in various areas, as well as, to jointly attend to initiate postharvest technology and innovation towards the development of research methods to reduce postharvest losses and to solve problems in various dimensions; society, community, or economically, to enhance the capabilities of the experts and researchers by supporting activities that help to elevate the excellency in various areas of the hub of talents in postharvest technology.
